Short description:

Combining various specialist fields and technologies, the Bachelor Degree Programme in Automation Technology is highly interdisciplinary and geared to technical operational activities. To complement core technical areas, communication, social and methodological skills relevant to working life are also taught. Particular emphasis is placed on technical specialisation options, enabling an individual profiling of each student to take into account different characteristics and requirements within the professional field. A practiceoriented and independent teamwork approach forms a substantial part of the programme, allowing students to familiarise themselves with area-specific topics. The programme also ensures that, upon completion, students have a good level of English as well as a solid grounding in economics.
