Short description:
“Engineering“ does not simply mean “applying technology”, it also involves the notion of “design”. Health Care Engineers help to optimise health care processes using information technology and organisation. The course provides interdisciplinary expertise in health care, IT, management, organisation, law as well as process, project and quality management. Soft skills such as communication, team training and conflict management also form part of the curriculum.
