Career oriented studies at top level
FH JOANNEUM, which does not charge tuition fees, is proud of the high international standards of its teaching and the many awards won by its research and development teams. Our training focuses on the scientific, technological, economic and social challenges of tomorrow, as demonstrated by the many career paths and opportunities open to our graduates. Our educational philosophy is based on working in interdisciplinary teams, using modern media and promoting a spirit of partnership and cooperation between motivated students and experienced teaching staff.
Partner universities around the world
Many of our students take the opportunity to study one or two semesters at one of our 180 partner universities in Europe, South and North America, Asia and Australia or complete their work placement or internship abroad.
Applied research and development
The degree programmes carry out research projects with industry and public institutions via Centres for Research & Development, giving students the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. FH JOANNEUM can also rely on the research expertise of ZML – Innovative Learning Scenarios, the Research Unit for Technology & Society and the Research Unit for Education, Law and Policy.
Lifelong learning
FH JOANNEUM organises a range of lecture series, symposia and the SUMMER BUSINESS SCHOOL and offers postgraduate courses in Supply Management and European Project and Public Management.
