Studying with an international focus
The opportunity to gain international experience is an important aspect of studying at a university of applied sciences, for example by completing a semester or work placement abroad, or simply by engaging in student life.

International design award for Information Design students
Three students from the Information Design degree programme at FH JOANNEUM have received an internationally recognised award for their communications campaign for the design event Designmonat Graz 2009. Two of the coveted red dot design awards went to the student team of Christoph Almasy, Franz Xaver Daublesky and Isabella Thaller.

Prerequisites for studying at a university of applied sciences
Students who are interested in studying in either a bachelor or master program at a university of applied sciences should be aware that there are specific prerequisites they must meet. If these prerequisites are fulfilled, applicants are eligible to take part in the university’s entrance exams.
