Climate-friendly construction and the long-term energy-saving development and operation of real estate are central topics in the future real estate industry. The part-time degree program responds to the current and dynamic development in the real estate industry and provides core competencies for the sustainable development or management of real estate and mobility on an ecological, economic and social level. In addition to comprehensive knowledge in the areas of economics, architecture, law and traditional real estate project development, the focus is on new technologies such as digitalization (such as BIM and GIS) and their potential, as well as infrastructure planning and mobility. The total of nine block weeks take place alternately in Carinthia, Vienna and once abroad in the form of an excursion (Germany/Frankfurt am Main).

Focus of the Master's Program Sustainable Real Estate Management (SREM)
