The bachelor programme in Automotive Engineering trains young people with an enthusiasm for technology and transforms them into successful engineers who work across the world. The course focuses on developing environmentally-friendly and sustainable technologies in the field of future mobility.

Engineering subjects, internship and lab work

Engineering subjects include areas such as electrical engineering, CAx, drive technology and combustion engines. You’ll deal with eco-friendly and innovative technologies in automotive engineering and become familiar with the vehicle system and the environmental factors involved. You’ll work on hands-on projects giving you the opportunity at an early stage to  combine theory and practice. During your internship you’ll also gain a better insight into the relevant production processes.

Business, law and languages

Alongside the technical and scientific content of the degree programme described above you’ll also be taught soft skills. You’ll acquire the necessary know-how to understand the interaction between commercial and legal considerations in the motor industry taking environmental factors into account. The degree programme has an international outlook and so we place particular importance on communication in English.

On graduating you’ll be capable of solving complex technical problems and working as part of an international team.
