The bachelor degree course in Industrial Engineering & Management communicates the basics of technical and scientific subjects, and equips students with a broad spectrum of knowledge in engineering. In specialized courses the students additionally acquire scientific competence in technically relevant and economic areas of focus, as well as social skills. Industrial engineers and managers are in demand all over the world: Graduates are endowed with the necessary expertise, methodological competence, and problem-solving skills to cope with technological challenges under consideration of economic aspects, and to recognize and make creative use of promising business opportunities.

Entry requirements

Applicants with a university entrance qualification; Applicants without a university entrance qualification but with relevant professional experience have to take additional entry exams in English, Mathematics, Physics, German and descriptive Geometry

Internship:
During the 6th semester, students carry out professional work in Austria or abroad for 12 weeks in the framework of an integrative professional internship. This internship is supported organisationally by the degree programme and managed in co-ordination
