The master's program Industrial Informatics & Robotics is based on a sound engineering education with the possibility of an individual focus. During your studies, you will therefore acquire an in-depth understanding of the applications of computer science and information technologies, software and systems engineering, as well as mechatronics and robotics in the industrial environment or for the implementation of smart everyday systems. Your acquired expertise will become the engine for efficient, networked and intelligent innovations. In project work, you will contribute your own ideas under the guidance of coaches, develop sustainable solutions and present them in portfolios and presentations. Interdisciplinary collaboration, agile approaches, and fact- and target group-oriented communication are emphasized and qualify you for leading positions in industry and business.

We pay special attention to the following three focal points in the program:

  •     Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things
  •     Cyberphysical Systems & Smart Factory
  •     Space for networking
