As an interface between humans and computers, the economy and society, completing this master’s degree offers you excellent career prospects.

During your studies you will complete eight modules. To gain more in-depth knowledge, you will choose two modules from the specialisations. The “context study” module is useful for interdisciplinary exchange and finally, there are four compulsory modules consisting of basic subjects. After completing your studies, you will be a leader in your area of expertise and will have all of the necessary skills of a manager, particularly a Chief Software Architect.

  • Modelling, Simulation, Optimisation
  • User Experience
  • Big Data
  • Autonomous Systems

Alternatively, you can choose your second module from other technical master’s degree programmes at FH Vorarlberg.

Entry requirements

Completed relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or completion of equivalent studies (e.g. biomechanical informatics, information systems, mechatronics)
