The Information Systems Management master’s degree program gives students the academic expertise to work in middle and upper management where they are responsible for operational information and communication systems in business and administration. A particular focus of the program is the modern management of information systems. This encompasses the day-to-day operation as well as the integration, planning and implementation of IT systems. In addition, students learn the skills to develop independently scientific methods that are practically applicable and implement effectively the latest research findings.

IT management, Business process management, Enterprise resource planning (including preparation for SAP and MS Navision certification), Project management (including preparation for PMA, PMI certification), Data warehousing, Systems engineering/integration, IT controlling, IT security (including preparation for CISA or CISM certification), IT infrastructure (including preparation for ITIL certification), Telecommunication and mobile computing

Entry requirements

In order to enroll in this degree program, students must have at least a bachelor’s degree or other recognized post-secondary degree in one of the following fields: (business) informatics or business administration with an emphasis in IT.
