In today's dynamic business world, the link between entrepreneurship and sales is critical. Our master's program focuses precisely on this unique connection, which is at the core of the program. A company's success stands or falls on its ability to sell products and services profitably. Salespeople are only excellent in the long term if they recognize and skillfully exploit entrepreneurial opportunities in the marketplace. Therefore, entrepreneurial success always requires both: Entrepreneurship and Sales! Our degree program aims to take your entrepreneurial skills, leadership skills and sales talent to the next level.

Sales professionals always act as entrepreneurs as well and are instrumental in identifying and successfully exploiting market opportunities. This unique, market-driven perspective in an entrepreneurial context empowers you to become a driving force for innovation and growth in your business.
In just four semesters, our master's program will enable you to develop comprehensively in core entrepreneurial and sales-specific areas. As a 'University of Applied Sciences for Business', we have experienced lecturers from business and academia. During your studies you will receive continuous feedback and valuable suggestions to strengthen your skills as an entrepreneur or salesperson - be it for your business idea , your own (newly) founded company, your family business or your role in a large corporation.
Our practice-oriented curriculum combines the three pillars of the program:

  • Entrepreneurship,
  • Sales Management and
  • Leadership

In detail, we cover networking and financing, business plans, strategies, customer-centric business orientation, automation of core sales processes, negotiation skills and a secure roadmap in the digital world.
