We stand for sustainable food production: today for tomorrow. In the part-time and co-op Master's programme, you will specialise in the development and processing of food. Topics range from product development and process design to quality management and the optimisation of production lines.
You will deepen your knowledge in areas such as

The part-time and co-op organisational form of the course combines periods of attendance at the FH with individual specialisation in an industrial, commercial or agricultural training company. In addition to your studies, you can continue to work in your company. Lessons at FH JOANNEUM take place on Fridays and Saturdays, alternating between face-to-face and online. You will also spend two blocked weeks per semester at FH JOANNEUM, which are primarily intended for practical training in the laboratory and technical centre.
