Automated manufacturing and production systems of tomorrow: During your studies, you will acquire the latest technological expertise in electrical engineering and electronics, computer engineering, mechanical engineering and production technology. Your benefit: You will apply this knowledge directly in practice at your training company.

What you will learn on the programme:

  • Plan and commission mechatronic systems
  • Design and manufacture mechanical components
  • Select suitable sensors and actuators
  • Design and build the associated electronics
  • Understand the necessary programming languages and their applications
  • Familiarise themselves with control technology
  • Apply your knowledge in the training company


The strengths of this degree programme lie in the optimal preparation for the wide range of applications of mechatronics - from the automotive industry to logistics companies and beverage production. All technical subjects are integrated courses in which theoretical teaching units are rounded off by laboratory exercises for practical consolidation.
