The Master's degree program Technical Informatics focuses on research into industrial image processing applications. Increasingly powerful processors are opening up new and interesting solutions in the automatic evaluation of images from industry and medicine. Together with our scientists, you as a student can actively develop algorithms that enable the reliable and efficient assessment of defects and anomalies.

Entry requirements

The relevant admission requirement is
- a completed relevant Bachelor's degree (specializing in architecture) or
- an equivalent degree at a recognized domestic or foreign post-secondary educational institution.
A total of 180 ECTS credits whereas a specific minimum must be obtained in the in the fields of electronics / digital technologies, programming / software engineering, network / network technologies, math and personal development. In exceptional cases, the head of degree program or, in individual cases, the FH-Council (university council) decides.

The Bachelor's degree program Applied Electronics and Technical Informatics offered at FH Campus Wien meets the relevant admission requirement.

Language requirements for admission
The required language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is at least German - level B2.
