This program equips you to understand human behavior in organizations and lead change effectively. It combines business psychology, leadership, change management, and human-AI interaction with evidence-based methods and people analytics – so you can drive transformations that are practical, data-informed, and human‑centered.

Admissions Interview, either online via MS Teams or on site at the campus in Kufstein. Weighting: 80% admissions interview, 20% professional experience.
