It fosters highly qualified social competence as well as expertise in the field of physiological pregnancy, birth and lying-in period. The study "Midwifery" integrates medical, psychological, sociological and methodological concepts and enables graduates to cope with the great demands on safety of modern, evidence-based medicine as well as with the uniqueness of every single woman and her child.
