The program offers a comprehensive education in the fundamentals of economics and psychology with a strong practical focus. Our students gain in-depth knowledge of behavioral patterns in business contexts, particularly in the areas of consumer behavior, market research, neuromarketing, and industrial and organizational psychology. At the same time, core business skills such as management, marketing and finance are taught. Special emphasis is placed on developing social skills such as conflict management and mediation. Courses taught in English, a semester abroad and an internship promote internationalization and prepare students for careers in middle management and management consulting.
