The English-language Master's in Business Psychology & Management is an online degree programme aimed at working people or people who have other commitments or employment in addition to their studies and provides a flexible learning format. The program follows a blended learning concept, i.e. in addition to the live online sessions, there are also a few attendance days during a semester. This degree program teaches interdisciplinary skills in the areas of business psychology, management and organisational behaviour, as well as the skills required to combine these in an interdisciplinary way in order to meet the current demands in the management sector.
What sets this programme apart from others is its focus on the psychology of human behaviour in a business context. It examines the individual, group and organisational levels as well as the wider societal context, providing a comprehensive overview of how psychology impacts on business success. The curriculum emphasises organisational development and problem definition and solving skills so that graduates are able to apply psychological principles effectively in leadership positions.
Through this learning concept, the Business Psychology & Management Master's program stands for flexibility, independence, but also for practical relevance and a clear focus on application-oriented work. Students can easily combine their studies with work and family, but also benefit from personal interaction with lecturers and good networking with fellow students.

Programme structure
The programme is divided into seven modules: Fundamentals of Business Psychology, Understanding & Leading Organisations, Applying Business Psychology in an Organizational Context, Contemporary Business Perspectives, Professional Competence Development, Academic Research & Integrative Revision, Thesis & Final Exam.
